Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. You may send your order through the post with a cheque or postal order.
Buy with confidence using PayPal secure online payments. You do not need to have a paypal account.

Shipping And Handling

Shipping is charged at cost and worked out according to weight. 

Orders MUST be paid for BEFORE shipping. You can pay by credit / debit card, Pounds sterling personal cheque, UK postal order or international money order, funds must be cleared before delivery is made.

Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 5 business days, if First class postage has been selected . International orders are generally received in under 10 days. However, please allow upto 28 days for delivery, if you have not recieved your order within this time frame please notify our customer services, claims for nonreceipt will not be accepted after 30 days from day of purchase.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
For orders made outside the UK you may be liable for import tax or duty as applicable to your Country or region, Direct Entry Ltd. is not responsible for any charges, they are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are handled by Paypal's secure server, and encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are not held or recorded on our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

We guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not happy with any of our products, please contact us within 14 days for a refund (on unopened packs). Please note, certain items can not be returned due to health, safety and hygiene regulations.

Direct Entry Ltd do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the register option.

Returns Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund, minus any shipping and handling costs, in some cases a restocking admin fee of 15% will be charged. The product must be in an un-used state, in it's original un-opened packaging, undamaged and fit for resale. Certain items such as food stuff and perishables, latex, leather and intimate lingerie (with the exception of manufacturing faults), are non-returnable please enquire for further details. 

Return shipping will be at your own cost and we accept no liability for goods lost or damaged in return transit.
